• Travel arrangements and prices detailed on our website are provided and coordinated by Travel Toward Wellness, LLC.
• Travel Toward Wellness, LLC has taken due care and responsibility to verify and check all information on our website at the time of compilation, however, as this information is supplied by the relevant accommodation & tour/cruise operators in our marketing material, it accepts no responsibility for any inaccuracy or misinformation contained in brochures, flyers or other publications.
• Sales of service as contained in our marketing material and website are made by Travel Toward Wellness, LLC only as agent for the person, business or company providing service. The term “partner” refers to our vendors and does not imply a legal partnership or joint venture with Travel Toward Wellness, LLC. Any travel products purchased through a vendor are subject to that vendor’s terms and conditions with which we urge you to become familiar. Travel Toward Wellness, LLC cannot accept responsibility for travel products that are not purchased through Travel Toward Wellness, LLC
• Prices are valid for the dates indicated as posted on our site or as otherwise communicated. Travel Toward Wellness, LLC does not accept responsibility for any change in prices or variation of service as shown, and all service and prices are subject to change without notice. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars.
• Prices are per person, double occupancy unless otherwise noted, and based on select vacation packages, room/cabin categories, class of service and departure dates. Government taxes/fees, fuel surcharge and September 11 security fee are additional. Airfare is also additional unless otherwise noted in package inclusions. Most major airlines charge fees for checked baggage; check your airline’s website for more details. Offers apply to new bookings only, are capacity controlled, subject to availability/change and may not be combined with other discount or promotions. • Travel Toward Wellness, LLC does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of those service providers in connections with your trip pursuant to a contract between them and you and over whom we have no direct control. We do not accept liability in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
• Although most travel, including travel to international destinations, is completed without incident, travel to certain destinations may involve greater risks than others. Travel Toward Wellness, LLC urges passengers to review travel prohibitions, warnings, announcements and advisories issued by the United States Government prior to booking travel to international destinations. Information on conditions in various countries and the level of risk associated with travel to particular international destinations can be found at www.state.gov, www.tsa.gov, www.dot.gov, www.faa.gov, www.cdc.gov, www.treas.gov/ofac and www.customs.gov.
• It is essential that you check with us for any changes or variations to the information shown on our website. This will allow us to advise you of any such change that we are aware of either before you book your vacation/retreat or prior to your departure.
• It is extremely important that you take out Travelers Insurance. It is ESSENTIAL that this insurance covers you for involuntary cancellation of your vacation/retreat including airfare(s). For information on the policy sold by Travel Toward Wellness, LLC please contact us to receive the product disclosure statement, policy wording and pricing structure prior to purchasing the policy. Full payment is due at time of booking and policy issued within 15 days of payment being received. Credit card and direct deposit accepted. Note: Dates of birth are required to issue insurance. Until dates of birth are provided we cannot issue the policy.
• Custom group travel rates are special contracted rates specific for that particular group, they have additional terms and conditions to standard packages that may apply. If you are booking a group, please ensure that these conditions are explained to you.
• Travel Toward Wellness, LLC accepts credit card payment through pay-pal. Alternatively, you can fax your credit card details and a copy of your identification to us, or send a cashier’s check or money order. Call us learn about our payment options.
• The website may contain links to websites operated by other parties, including websites that give users the ability to purchase or book travel arrangements. Travel Toward Wellness, LLC provides these links to other websites as a convenience, and use of these sites is at your own risk. The linked sites are not under the control of Travel Toward Wellness, LLC, and Travel Toward Wellness, LLC is not responsible for the content available on the other sites. Such links do not imply endorsement by Travel Toward Wellness, LLC of information or material on any other site and Travel Toward Wellness, LLC disclaims all liability with regard to your access to and use of such linked websites.
• Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to your use of the website or Travel Toward Wellness, LLC services shall be settled by binding arbitration in the State of Washington, County of King in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any such controversy or claim shall be arbitrated on an individual basis, and shall not be consolidated in any arbitration with any claim controversy of any other party.
Terms and Conditions of Booking
• Rates and Price Variations - We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers, vendors or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increases when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if an increase occurs. Prices quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
• Deposits – Bookings of $1,000 or less, or bookings traveling within 60 days will be required to pay the full amount at the time of confirmation. Bookings over $1,000 or traveling more than 60 days out will be required to pay a deposit of $600 at the time of confirmation. Booking is not final until receipt of funds via cashier’s check or money order, or debited to credit card. Deposit conditions for certain accommodations and tour products may vary; these are listed on the individual web pages. We will advise in writing of these conditions at the time of booking.
• Bookings made less than 60 days prior to travel – Bookings made less than 60 days prior to travel must provide a credit card guarantee at the time of booking.
• Final payment – Final payment is due 60 days before travel unless otherwise stipulated on the individual web pages. No vouchers will be issued until final payment is received in our office. Final payment conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary; these are shown on the individual web pages. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking. Please note the final payment may vary from the original booking price or quote if the product is subject to exchange rate fluctuations or price rises by wholesalers or other suppliers.
• Check or money order payments – Will be accepted for bookings of travel greater than 60 days before departure.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
• Day’s Prior to Trip
• 121 + 100% of funds on deposit are refundable
• 91 – 120 60% of funds on deposit are refundable
• 60 – 90 30% of funds on deposit are refundable
• 0 – 59 No refund
• American Express refunds will be less 4% as American Express keep the credit card fee. At this time all other card companies refund the fee, however this is subject to change.
• Flight bookings are totally non-refundable or transferable if Travel Toward Wellness, LLC or its third-party agents are booking agents for you flight.
• Change Fees – Bookings that have been finalized and documents issued will incur a fee of $50.00 for changes to confirmed bookings or reservations. This is in addition to any fees that may be levied by the supplier.
• Reporting of Incidents – Any abnormal incidents including injury, service problems, and cancellation of a service or dissatisfaction must be reported to Travel Toward Wellness, LLC during the event to allow us an opportunity to rectify the situation or provide assistance.
Inclusions and Exclusions
• Prices Do Include: Accommodations, transfers (where indicated on package itinerary) tours/cruises, meals (as indicated on package itinerary), government taxes and any other inclusions as specified in writing on the relevant web pages for each vacation/retreat package.
• Prices Do Not include: Airfare or other transportation (unless specified on package itinerary), transfers, any cost incurred en route to and from the destination, meals (unless specified), alcoholic beverages, telephone calls, gratuities, items of a personal nature, and personal services not specified as being included in cost on the relevant web pages for each vacation/retreat package.
